Miyuki Sushi

Exceptional food yesterday night, a nice second indulgence post-Thanksgiving. I really needed the organic greens (vegetarians are quirky like that!) and they were delicious in the big salad with house ginger dressing I ordered. The mango banana smoothie was out of this world and healthy, specifically for my needs. I will need to check, but I am pretty sure it is made with real fruit and ice blended perfectly. That is music to this vegetarian's ears. I love smoothies from elsewhere but they are not as healthy. Ice cream is in other smoothies, from other restaurants. They ought be called milkshakes for truth in advertisement. Here, these smoothies are great for the health conscious and nutrition-challenged. My main meal was my regular tofu teriyaki bento box with lightly fried tofu and a teriyaki sauce drizzle, broccoli garnish, house salad and flavorful miso soup. I don't eat much or enjoy eating most times for medical reasons but I have to try. The food was not only a treat but it made my body feel good, if but for a rare short time. It's nutritious and well-made food. Great customer service means this restaurant deserves every accolade it gets. Great restaurant and people, from the top down. They are a treaure.

The wasabi and pickled ginger in my order from Miyuki Sushi was packaged in a separate little plastic container all ready to be mixed with soy sauce or placed on only the sushi I wanted. Usually when I order sushi the pickled ginger & wasabi are in the same container, which I really don't like.

I was also surprised to find that the crab rangoon was a distinctly sweeter version than I'm used to, but it was a really nice contrast with the rest of the food I ordered.

Love the Idaho Roll - one of the best types of sushi I've had. They have great deals here and the people are so friendly and nice! They have a deal that's $10 for 2 maki rolls or $12 for 3 maki rolls if you pay in cash, and I think it comes with miso soup and a salad on top of that! (Not sure if that works for delivery or just pick up). My go-to place after a long day at work when I don't want to cook.

Best Japanese delivery that I've had in the area. Good sushi, fresh fish, tempura was a little soggy but that's unavoidable with delivery. Spicy seafood soup was a little odd, but still tasty and very spicy. My only regret was not asking for extra tempura sauce. Definitely will order again.

Miyuki are still the new guys in Brighton but they will give you every reason to make them your go-to spot. Between an innovative menu with delicious rolls you may not have seen before and their extremely fast service/delivery, you'll find that they are truly a cut above the rest.

Solid sushi, delivery was under time, delivery man followed my delivery instructions.
